The service supports better planning and decision-making, but it does not guarantee a particular security, cost, or availability outcome.
Payment and access
Scope, fees, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where law does not allow limitation.

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable US federal law.
